We all know that every project has "scope creep"--what we think it will involve grows over time.  There is no better place to see scope creep in action then the the role of the Facility Manager.  The role is widely different between companies and industries and is famous for being a catch all for ancillary services and tasks.  But while the actual responsibilities may differ, all include endless conference calls, emails, work requests and demands on the FM's personal time.  So what happens when enough is enough.  When the demands far outweigh the feasibility of getting it all done?  What tools have our FMs utilized to manage the chaos and set boundaries to help mitigate the scope creep and inevitable burn out?  Join us for this FM facilitated roundtable where you and your peers can share best practices and offer support.
