    Annual facilities and capital improvement budgets are incredibly tight in good years, how have they been impacted by COVID-19 and the push to return to work? What cost savings have FMs found with having their employees working from home and how are they being off set by the increase in safety measures for preparing the workplaces for the employees to return? Is the budget playing a part in when employers are bringing their employees back? What long-term changes are being put into affect like permanent mobile workforce programs, reduced food service, increased square footage per person, etc. as a result of COVID-19 and how is that affecting current and future budgets?
