This is our kick off Thought Leaders event for the 2018-2019 program year.  This initial program is open to all member Facility Managers and is open for non member Facility Managers as well so that we can introduce everyone to the Thought Leaders program with it's peer networking, programming and best practices sharing to build and strengthen the IFMA Boston chapter.  This program brings Douglas Shapiro from Gartner to the chapter to share their knowledge on digital FM.

Gartner will inform you about how your peers view a variety of technologies - including IWMS systems, Smart Building technology, Employee Productivity technology, and Space Utilization. We will describe what level of adoption we see for these technologies categories, as well as the impact your peers attribute to these investments.  As a group we will discuss what tactical steps FM & CRE can take to build a business case for technology investment. We will present Gartner’s structure that FM/ CRE  can deploy to build this business case.
